An Afrikaner Book Prize Winner?

 The Book Prize

It must have been somewhere in 2003, when I had a dream one night of receiving a letter that had orange and blue on the envelope, but the letter indicated that I won a prize and to me it seemed like something like the Hertzog prize or something. Yet, I never realized in those days the amount of harassments my life was sitting with from this Afrikaner group, and I belief in those years(2002-2003), the Akademir Vir wetenskap en kuns organisation were already infiltrated by the Solidarity type of Afrikaner racists. It is not impossible that I have been walking around with some prize I won at university days already, when they realized the truth of what I was saying and closed the doors on my further studies as the truth they didn't want to hear at all. In fact, no one must hear it. But I think this probably, like the side unit of the fraud unit they run, gives enough reason to say I won their most terrific prize of all time. Telling the truth to such extends that they closed all further studies' doors on me. What seemed to be the truth? The prize? I stated it clearly that apartheid was wrong and that a view that Afrikaners were merely busy exercising their part of history to establish apartheid, was a blasphemous approach and no Christian approach. As to indicate the Afrikaners did right to establish apartheid, was challenging Christianity to a degree where they had to choose between Christ and Afrikaners. If anything about apartheid within a ideological perspective isn't taken that apartheid was wrong and a heresy within Christianity, then you are dwelling within blasphemous ideas on God and Christ. It might even have been the reason why I got shot and had that strange experience while in ICU for 12 days. Their number one prize I walked away with. A bullet in my but and very close encounters then with Christ and God and in 2008, going to God in person that one night. I may not have impressed them on my ideas, but with Christ and God, I surely have my place of peace on the matter. I can never be Jewish. I can not be Muslim, but I challenged Christians on their agenda on a matter where Christ and God's Name was involved. My views were pretty much supporting the views mainstream Christianity held on apartheid. That it was a heresy.

Another outcry for the future of the youth

I am wondering if one shouldn't address the psychological impact, not even one year after the constitutional court outcome on BBBEE and public procurement, without any literary or formal studies compiled on the transformation process stance in all this, but when I looked at the video this morning of that young man, desperately feeling the loss of being late one hour for writing one of his matric exam papers, the pressure, so I think, might be on them to rise above their circumsyances, like during the apartheid years, yet, this time, to exceed RDP house lifestyles and squater lifestyles and even rural lifestyles. With the knowing in the back of one's mind that the transformation process is still ongoing, there are lots of possibilities for every youngster and not so much psychological pressure to rush to exceed their circumstances. But at the moment, with the news circulating the news platforms on BBBEE in public procurement found unconstitutional by the constitutional court, you might as well speak the truth, and say that the transformation process saw its ass. It is possible to make this assumption without realising it even. One know that a BBBEE concept, there to promote and protect and uplift the previous disadvantaged, has been declared unconstitutional by the constitutional court. When exactly did it become unconstitutional? Well, if you are smart, you'll realise there ain't much difference in BBBEE practises since 1994 to 2022. Still, it was found unconstitutional by the court. And the problem SA is facing, or shall I put it straight and call the group who initiated this by the name, the Afriforum lobby group, is that they did not present the court with sufficient evidence, to blame the court in this matter for the misrepresentation of the BBBEE case as a full literary and intellectual approach on the position this country find the transformation process to be in, that would have shown and made a clear indication that BBBEE is part of the transformation process, which(the transformation process) is actually far from being resolved as such that BBBEE can be declared a practise that is unconstitutional. The judge of a court, cannot go outside the boundaries of the evidence presented to the court. You cannot expect judges to do so, as you will have expectations then for the judge to make up in his own mind the decision, but against all the evidence provided, the person is guilty, but, he was a faithful church member and deserve therefore to be declared not guilty. He went to church twice on a Sunday and every Sunday of the year for 40 years by now. The judge don't have the authority, to dump the judicial profession into such actions of misconduct and improper and unprofessional misplaced loyalty.

If the lobby group didn't do their homework properly and were driven by old apartheid regime ideals to get rid of BBBEE in public procurement, they alone can be held responsible for the type of approach on the matter of BBBEE being presented to the court as a unconstitutional based idea, in an attempt to convince the court that the court should decide in favour of the evidence presented on the matter by the lobby group.

I guess, it is quite clear, to address the psychological impact of the stress that may be as a result of the findings of the constitutional court on BBBEE in public procurement, the essence of the misconduct in the case presented to the court, should be addressed. Else one sit with the disposition of settling once again for apartheid ideals above everyone's rights set within the constitution of this country.

The State of Transformation after Apartheid

There is one criteria that transformation can be measured on to clarify if it is successfully dealt with and over or not.

If I go to a university in SA, and I find any traces that colonialism is to be blamed for apartheid, then the transformation process is far from reaching any optimal levels in SA society. This point of view, that colonialism had as a natural next step in its evolution, apartheid in SA, is still hovering as result of a unresolved transformation process for the new SA democracy. Once this stupid stance on history is cleared in more rational and intellectual ways, can SA begin to take considerations that maybe transformation has taken place successfully and its main aims have been achieved optimally.

In no way, can a group of economists, and Afrikaner orientated, go and declare transformation over and unconstitutional because BBBEE is unconstitutionally found by the constitutional court with regards to public procurement.

I question this group's intellectual approach to such a crucial dilemma, especially with YouTube footage produced in the months before they went to court on BBBEE unconstitutionality, where white people are shown living in squater conditions. So, now this Afrikaner group got BBBEE declared unconstitutional, and if anyone in a RDP house feel but, transformation is far from over, yet declared over and settled, but many will sit with the stigma of being the previous disadvantaged, staying in RDP houses, Basta. With possibilities they got their house because journalists blamed some people that tried to get out of being previous disadvantaged, for going on a holiday, instead of building RDP houses. So your RDP house was built by another previously disadvantaged not allowed by journalists to even have a holiday. What an insult to injuries suffered from apartheid disadvantages? And clever as only they can get, this blatant Afrikaners, will call transformation over by declaring it unconstitutional in the same breath as BBBEE. And don't consider to make a noise over your label staying in a RDP house, they might find it suitable to answer you as to why don't you then go and join their Afrikaner group living like squaters as a solution for your problem having a label of living in a RDP house which declare how many ANC politicians went without holidays. And with this in essence, the universities can still not really produce evidence that they challenged the view that apartheid was a natural event that filled a spot in history. Again, a very shrewd Afrikaner mentality to be noticed from all this Go stay in your RDP house, sinner that was a victim of apartheid! And if you are not happy, the white boss can offer you to go and stay with the white squater group he established to keep everyone's mouths shut. This is the reason, why the universities cannot afford to go on declaring apartheid was a natural selection occasion in history. It was blatantly cruel and in no way would support the principles of Christianity which this Afrikaner people based their lives upon. They were busy with a heresy, and if they think that this was something God ordered, they are wrong. No judge have the authority to declare an accused criminal not guilty on a crime when all the evidence produced by the prosecutor and the defence, indicate the criminal committed the offence, but because the judge feel this man's background and history exceeds all this evidence produced as this man went to church on Sundays twice, he surely deserves to receive a not guilty from the judge.

To me, I think in the years Calvyn started out, this surely could still have been a dilemma, to get it under the attention of the majority of society, that all criminals are not necessarily sinners, but they most definitely are criminals and that the justice system of society over crimes are not playing God over sinners. The justice system of a society is promoting harmony in a society based on principles not supporting anarchy.

Protest actions are just means to handle your problems. Especially, like I know SA have it at the moment, it is done legally, if no consent was received before the protest march, and the police informed on the matter, then it is considered that is an illegal protest.

The reason why I mention protest actions(march) and justice procedures, as being non anarchistic methods of society, is because apartheid and discrimination is one of the most anarchistic state governings you will ever find. A bunch of Christians challenging Christianity all across the world as to who is who in the zoo. The Afrikaners and their seperate development apartheid regime, or the rest of the Christians in the outside world who would think it a sin to just kick off the land millions of people and their lives in the name of Christianity? And please, I am using figurative speech when saying or asking who is who in the zoo!

This was no innocent move this group pulled on Christianity. You cannot try and be God and say, ok, but they lived good lives and went to church, so let's not get too much onto the case of apartheid and declare it as a natural thing, or a next step that was suppose to happen in history that actually rid it of its wrongness and heresy character. Their going to church have got nothing to do with the case presented that apartheid was a heresy and a big crime against humanity. Though their churches were by World Council of churches in 1982 Ottawa, repremanded and SA got the 1994 new constitution. Further, the churches did take the action to state in their rules that they will abide by the laws of the new SA constitution and they did declare that apartheid was wrong. I specifically wrote a letter to get clarity on this matter to the Afrikaner churches. They did accept the notion that apartheid was wrong as part of their culture and rules after 1994.

The matter of declaring BB-BEE unconstitutional wasn't done with much thought put into the matter, instead, it looks like there was a hurry of a kind to also in silence get transformation declared unconstitutional in the process by degrading the transformation process to the criteria that it can be measured by BBBEE as no evidence or studies were even taken to consider what the current position of transformation is in SA currently and produced to support the call that BBBEE is unconstitutional. Just, BBBEE is unconstitutional. And there goes our whole transformation project for new SA also because of a lack of insight by this Afrikaner economist group to get BB-BEE just quickly, quickly out of their way before too many questions gets asked. Now everything is back to normal again according to this racist group and they can breathe again and be the boss and everything is back to normal, or shall I say, it is much more like back before 1994, just this time, they can say they complied to form a new democracy. But they are now back at to being the boss again. The big white boss, with such a lack of skilled intellectual approaches to his moves he pull. And under the new constitution, the new constitution will challenge this lack of intellectual insight in a matter. Which mean, millions of Christians abroad haven't been wrong during all those apartheid years and Afrikaners right. The lives of millions of innocent people is still, a basic treasure for a normal Christian over and above to play boss over others where those that are this bossy, for them slavery in its cruelest forms as a crime against humanity, is still a good option for consideration.

To Seperate Right and Wrong.
